From Figma Files to Full-Team Leadership

Farhan joined KoreSys as a mid-level UI/UX designer with strong fundamentals and an eye for detail that stood out immediately. What set him apart wasn’t just his design sensibility — it was his instinct to question why something should look a certain way, not just how. Within his first year, Farhan had already led the visual redesign of multiple client interfaces, introduced a structured design system workflow to the team, and become the go-to voice in client presentations. His growth into Team Lead was less a promotion and more a natural evolution — the team was already following his direction. Today, he oversees KoreSys’s entire design function — setting standards, reviewing output, mentoring junior talent, and ensuring every pixel that leaves the studio is intentional, functional, and beautiful.

Started with client web projects, quickly established a reputation for clean, conversion-focused interfaces. Introduced Figma component libraries to the team.

Lead Designer, Client Projects

Took solo ownership of 3 major brand identity and product design projects. Began conducting peer design reviews and weekly design critiques.

Promoted to UI/UX Team Lead

Built and managed a 5-person design team. Established KoreSys's internal design system, brand guidelines framework, and client handoff SOP.

Mentors designers, drives design strategy across all client verticals, and represents the design function in cross-department collaboration at KoreSys.

Farhan was a detail oriented UI/UX designer with a strong eye for visual balance and usability. He could execute clean interfaces, follow best practices, and deliver consistent work but like many designers at that stage, his impact was limited to individual screens rather than full product thinking.
